Robert
A. Clinard’s practice is concentrated in the area of estate
planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and elder
law. In this regard, Mr. Clinard advises clients on all facets
of estate planning and administration, including the preparation
of wills and trusts, estate and gift tax planning and asset
protection planning. Mr. Clinard counsels clients on probate
and estate administration matters, and provides guidance throughout
all such processes. Mr. Clinard also represents individuals
before the various Departments of Social Services in connection
with the filing of application for Medicaid benefits.
Mr. Clinard received his Juris Doctor in 1995 from New York
Law School, and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government
and Politics from the University of Maryland in 1991. He is
admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the
United States Supreme Court.
