Carol A. Crossett


Carol A. Crossett is a partner with the firm of Bellavia Blatt & Crossett, PC, in Mineola, New York. She is part of the firm’’s commercial litigation practice group.

Ms. Crossett has a wide range of experience, including litigating civil commercial and non-commercial matters, estates and trusts matters involving contested and uncontested probate and accounting proceedings, tax disputes, and preparing wills, trusts, and any ancillary instruments, such as powers of attorney and living wills and health care proxies.

Ms. Crossett represents automobile and marine dealerships as well as other franchisees in civil commercial proceedings throughout New York in both Federal and State courts, and appears pro hac vice in jurisdictions outside of New York.

Ms. Crossett also practices estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, with respect to the estate planning portion of any dealership succession planning.
