Keith E. Gitman

Mr. Gitman has a diverse legal practice for a variety of complex commercial matters, including contractual disputes, dealership purchases and sales, warranty reimbursements, breach of fiduciary duty, employment law and other litigation and transactional matters associated with dealership and franchise law.

Mr. Gitman has extensive experience in the practice areas of class actions, mass torts, consumer protection, antitrust law, securities litigation, product liability, personal injury and additional types of civil and commercial cases on behalf of clients whom have suffered financial damages and physical injuries. Mr. Gitman also served as the Managing Attorney of the Intake Department at a national law firm.
