Paul Andrew Pagano is Counsel to Bellavia Blatt, P.C. where he focuses on Labor and Employment matters including, but not limited to, issues concerning unpaid wages, delayed wages, and discrimination. Mr. Pagano has significant experience in reviewing and analyzing transactional documents (e.g. employment agreements, severance agreements, non-compete agreements), consulting with clients to ensure compliance with historical and emerging laws, acting as an advocate in alternative dispute resolution procedures including mediation and arbitration, and litigating cases in both State and Federal Courts.   Prior to becoming Counsel to Bellavia Blatt, P.C., Mr. Pagano was a Litigation Associate at a mid-sized law firm on Long Island where he represented clients not only with respect to Labor and Employment issues, but a wide variety of commercial litigation issues including, but not limited to, breaches of contract and business divorce and dissolution.   Mr. Pagano earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University where he studied in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations and made the Dean’s List. Mr. Pagano has also served as an Alternate Dispute Resolution Intern at the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York and as a Law Clerk at a small Long Island law firm. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
