Bellavia Blatt also counsels clients on a wide array of transactional matters, including buy-sell/M&A transactions, asset and stock purchase agreements, ownership buy-ins/buy-outs, the purchase, sale and leasing of real property, floorplan financing, mortgages, working capital loans and term loans. While working on these transactions, the firm’s attorneys use their experience to take the lead on negotiating and drafting acceptable terms for our clients and other parties.
